I am currently at 4 completed cruises, with our 5th coming up. Do I become a Gold CC after I complete the 5th trip? Or would I be considered Gold on our 5th trip? Thanks!

As PP said, after your 5th trip. You'll get your gold lanyards, etc. on your 6th cruise, including earlier booking and activities sign up.

The moment you disembark from your 5th cruise, you become gold and will have the gold privileges, such as being able to book on the gold booking day, etc.
