Silver Plan...

Does anyone know if I book the Silver Plan for my family of four and we book an afternoon fishing excursion (which says requires TWO wishes) would we have six wishes left over for that day? I see that a fishing excursion is priced per trip, not per person...so I am thinking that we will book the trip and all of us be able to go along (it says for up to five people) and still have six wishes left? Am I dreaming? lol

I believe it means 2 wishes per person. Everything I have read refers to a per person when it comes to using wishes. If you use wishes for the fishing excursion, expect to use 8 wishes for a family of 4

P. S. I just went to WDW.com and searched silver add on........you will get all on info on how many wishes per person per activity. Also, if you use the wishes for dining, it list by resort, park and restaurant and the # of wishes.

In the Silver Plan brochure it does say 2 wishes per person for the fishing excursions. The brochure also says 1 wish per person for a watercraft (boat) rental and I know for a fact that it was only 1 wish per rental - not per person when we used it. We (5 of us)rented a pontoon boat and were only charged 1 wish. We also rented 2 water mice and were again charged just 1 wish per boat. I know that this doesn't really answer your question but it shows that things can vary. I guess I would speak to someone directly 1-407-WDW-PLAY (1-407-939-7529)

Yep, I'd call and ask! But my guess would be that it's two wishes per person...you pay $68 for two adult wishes, $35 for two child's wishes. The fishing excursions normally cost $180-210 each. If it's only two wishes total, that is an unbelievably good value. But if it's two wishes per person and the "average" family is 2 adults, 2 children, then you are "paying" $206 in wishes. Call and ask, lol.

Thanks for your replies...looks like I need to make the phone call just to be sure...I thought it seemed a little too good to be true...although if DH wants to take the fishing excursion, he would only use two of his wishes and THAT would be quite a discount from the normal price of the fishing excursion! I'll let everyone know what I find out when I get the chance to call.
