Silver Plan Worth It?

I was under the impression that wishes were not transferable. So, I have never used my son's wishes. Can I start using them for my meals and pay for his?

The wishes are all "pooled" together, so you can use your child's wishes for whatever you'd like.

Edited to add: check out Mousesavers.com for some great tips on maximizing the value of your wishes... MouseSavers.com

OP: You can also use the wishes for the Mickeymouse Activity Club for kids. They can stay up to 6 hours with just 1 wish. The normal charge is $10 an hour. So, a $60 value for $35. Thats a good deal and the kids have a blast. They have movies, video game systems and lots of other activities. AND, you and DH can enjoy some alone time in WDW!! A quiet dinner, an exciting trip to DTD and PI!! Just imagine the possibilities!!

We are planning on doing this in OCT/NOV and have already booked 3 nights for the kids to enjoy the clubs. They went to one last year and loved it so much they wanted to do it again.

Wishing everyone a "magical" day!!

Someone posted that all wishes, including a child's wishes can be pooled together. Does this mean that the child's wishes do not have to be used on the child? Do they all look alike, but the child's are just cheaper? That would make it an even better value then, because I wouldn't use DD's wishes on eating (picky eater) but at La Nouba and Hoop De Doo.

Yes, that's exactly what it means! That could potentially make it a great value, huh?

OK ... now I'm confused!!

LOL

The wishes are pooled yes? So if I did a Silver plan I could use my sons wishes?

Now since I have two sons, me and dh if I were to do the silver plan could we use 3 wishes at dinner and have the kids split an adult meal? Or would the kids HAVE to order off the child's menu.

Does that make sense?

It depends on your children's ages. The silver plan brochure states that "Children ages 9 and under MUST order from the children's menu where available."

Now, I do know for a fact that this is enforced at Sci-Fi, but not enforced at RainForest cafe for example.
But keep this in mind.........
And adult meal consists of :
An appetizer
A Entree
Desert and beverage.

So, with the two adult appetizers, and two adult entrees, and two adult deserts--if you ordered one children's meal(if the child's menu deal was enforced), and say one extra drink......there should be plenty to share, see what i mean?

Or have I confused you even more??

We have used the silver plan to take a tour. The Keys to the Kingdom tour is $58 and includes lunch. Cirque du Soleil is 2 wishes and I think about $75.

But I can choose to use thier wishes at a later time for the adults and just pay for thier meal yes?

Thanks
