Hi Folks,

I will be visiting Orlando in November and I intend to purchase Silver Passports for my party as we will be coming back to Orlando in April 2008. will my Silver Passport give me access to Aquatica? If not what will the arrangements be for Passport holders?

I have tried to E-Mail Seaworld customer relations dept. but I have had no reply!

Many Thanks

i have the silver passport and it wont let you into aquatica. I think once the park opens that they probably have a seperate fun card thing.

It will be part of the flex ticket (it's on the uk site) and my guess is that it will be on the platinum ticket. We plan to purchase the platinum for our July 2008 visit so we can use it at Sesame Place and at the williamsburg parks in 2009. I also looked at the sesame passport site and I think it's included in the Grover passport ($135). You should check all the AB parks at www.4adventure.com to figure out what will be your best deal.

Hi Folks,

Many thanks for your replies, I have seen the adverts for Aquaticas inclusion in the UK Flex ticket but I really wanted to tie up Aquatica with the Silver Passport, maybe by adding it onto the passport when it opens? I have looked right through the Seaworld website and at the AB website and can find no mention of anything to do with the cost of tickets.

Thanks again,

I have the Platinum pass which includes all Busch parks except for Discovery Cove and have asked that question before on these boards and someone said they had confirmed that Aquatica will be included with a Platinum pass, however I've seen nothing on the Sea World website. If you have the Silver passport,I doubt it will be included unless you add it on or upgrade to the Platinum.

I called and they have yet to tell the reps what will be included in any new passports (2008). I don't have one yet but I plan to purchase the platinum for our summer trip and I assume it will be included. I figure I can get at least two vacations out of it (Sesame Place and the Williamsburg parks) plus the added benefits of no parking fees and special entrances to the attractions in Orlando.

Just released on Busch Gardens website.

2008 Season Passes now on sale!

Platinum - Valid for 24 months of unlimited admission to Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Water Country USA, SeaWorld of Orlando, San Diego, San Antonio, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island in Tampa; Aquatica in Orlando, opening spring of 2008 and Sesame Place in Langhorne, PA; Free Preferred Parking at Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA. Click here to compare season pass pricing.

Single Pass: $13.75 per month for 24 months or $334.95 per pass
4 or More: $10.46 per month for 24 months or $251.21 per pass

It's funny how each of the AB parks lists different products. I think I want to buy mine through Seaworld Orlando so I get preferred parking and entrance to shows there. I wonder if the price will also be $334. It's 309 right now...

We too are silver passport holders and wondered if there would be any discounts for Aquatica tickets, like you get with DC as this would certainly help. Thanks

Looks like they have started to change the rates on the platinum passports. If you go to www.seaworld.com the Orlando plat on the front screen is 389.95 but when you click to purchase it still says 309.95 so I assume they will be raising the platinum cost by $80 to include Aquatica?? I called and the CSR could give me no info.

Just had Nov edition of Passport Pulse email incl text below. Does anyone know cost of upgrade yet? I don't have my log in details here at work to find out.

"Aquatica, Orlando’s most amazing waterpark, opens March 2008, and it’s going to be the talk of the town. No other waterpark offers up-close animal interactions, amazing water attractions, a mega-size double wave pool and a spectacular resort-style beach. If you upgrade and include Aquatica to your membership before December 31st, 2007, you'll be invited to the exclusive Aquatica Sneak Peak Preview for Passport members only!

Be ready to experience the waterpark only SeaWorld could create… the amazing new Aquatica"

Just logged in to find out price, $70 to upgrade and add Aquatica to my 2 year 2 park passport even though I only have 1 year left on it. If you buy a new passport today its only $40 to add for 2 years. I have sent email to Seaworld telling them I won't be upgrading at that price, I will wait until my passes expire then add it at renewal for 2009 and stick with Disney waterparks in 2008.

I was very disappointed today to find out that Aquatica was not going to be included on my Platinum passport. The workers at Seaworld told me last time we were there that Aquatica would be included. I live 12 hours away and only go once a year. I was so mad  that I cancelled all four of my passes since they were on renewal anyway. If I want to go to Aquatica, I will buy a day pass only.

If you have the Platinum pass from all I've seen in this and other posts and the Sea World Website is that Aquatica IS INCLUDED in the Platinum pass!!Where did you hear that it won't be included?

It is included.

Since my platinum pass was 5 years old and at the old rate they said it would only include 8 parks not Aquatica. I have paid them a lot of money over the years when we live 12 hours away. It is not worth paying more to include 1 park so I cancelled it. I am curious if others have cancelled too.

I dont understand, you said they were due for renewal, when you renew Aquatica will be included in your new Platinum pass. I would not expect them to include any new park in old passes, I have gold 2 year passes if the upgrade price is too much when we visit at Easter I will wait until we renew next Xmas to add Aquatica. I got email from SW on Wednesday saying the upgrade price will be prorata so I will see at Easter what the cost is. I am over 8,000 miles away and they are still one of the best value tickets around with or without Aquatica IMO.
