We have finally narrowed down our choices to three homes, two are in Silver Creek and one is in Tuscan Ridge. We lost the house at Emerald Island because DH forgot to tell me he had to change his dates at work for being out. 
One of the owners was candid enough to let me know that there is construction going on at Silver Creek which won't be finished until March 07, they said their management company has put up a privacy fence and it doesn't seem to effect the house at all. My concern is dust/dirt since our DDs have asthma. Anyone have any information on it?
There is a $200 difference between the Silver Creek house and the Tuscan Ridge house, so it's not that big of a deal. Without factoring in the drive time to WDW (none of us care) which location is closer to amenities, restaurants, and all that?
