Silver and Gold Annual pass question

I recently purchased the Florida resident silver passes for myself and my 2 children. But, I was thinking....is it possible to upgrade mine to a Gold and keep the kids at silver just so I can get the photopass downloads? We all won't need to get gold to all be in the photos as far as I know.

There's no restrictions that all family members have to have the same type of pass. While I don't know details about Florida resident passes, if it's possible to upgrade them at all, you should have no problem upgrading only one.

The pictures will be complete and on your account as long as you're there to tap your band/pass or on the rides with them.

The only trick will be checking their blockout calendar and not yours before you travel together.

This is what we've done for the past two years. I had the gold pass and everyone else had silver or weekday passes. Everyone connected to me has their pictures show up even if I'm not with them. Even my father who has his own disney account.
