We are staying at the RPR for a couple of days this has been done through Virgin as they actually had the best deal at the time.
Being cheeky I was wondering when we visited last time we joined their Lowes 1st programme, do you think we might get the perks that we put down for Ie Cookies and Milk for the kids if we mention when checking in?????
You don't get if you dont ask I suppose, they can only say no

You could call ahead and have your Loews first # added to the reservation or, you could just give it at check in and request your cookies then. There is a very good chance they wont say no.

We've went thru My Travel & Thomsons and have rec'd welcome gift both times but I always ask at checkin then again early eve of first night in person at the lobby
