Silly Question

I am trying to post a picture from my computer and I can't figure out how to do it. I have a new computer with windows 8 and I am not proficient at it yet. Any help would be appreciated

There is a thread explaining how to post pictures. Basically, upload pics to a hosting site like photobucket and link to the pic in your comment. Here is the thread.

Just found out you need ten posts in order to post picture. That may be the problem.
