Yes, they are always comfortable.

When I was there in early November, they were warmer than outside, but not comfy warm. May be it was just too early for them to have the heat on?

Yes, they will put the heat on if needed. It is definitely a comfort station IMHO.

A couple of weeks ago, during our stay in 2000, the Comfort Station was nice and toasty on those chilly nights.
