Silly question..

How do you find out about the cool kids activities like pirate cruise, Wonderland Tea Pary, special tours, etc? I only find minimal info on disney site--how do I find specific info? We will be going at New Year's again this year, and since it will be so crowded, we were thinking of planning some of these interesting kid activities that aren't linked directly to rides--any other ideas?? Thanks!

I've read sites such as mousesavers and allears. I've also seen info posted here.

Buy a guidebook. The Passporter did a really good job on explaining the different kids activities. I also like the Unofficial Guide.
