Silly question about School Bread in Norway

I've been spending a bit of time on the food picture thread, and I keep seeing this item from the bakery in Norway. My question for all you School Bread experts is about the filling. It looks frosting-y, but is it really a custard? I hate Boston cream donuts and pie, so if that's what's in the middle, I'd like to know ahead of time. If the filling is more frosting-like (a la Krispy Kreme), then I'm definitely going for it! I told you it was a silly question...

I tried the schoolbread for the first time this past May and loved it - but it is very big, so you can share. Anyway, the filling reminded me exactly of the Boston Creme filling, so you may only want to try a bite, but it IS definitely worth sampling. HTH

I LOVE the schoolbread, and can't wait to get one in a month or so!!! But the filling is definately custard!
