Silly Question About Paid In Full

Is today your PIF date? Some cruises are less than that. Are you concierge? A cruise of 10 days or less from a US port (non-concierge) PIF date is 75 days out. You may have time to work it out.

I'd probably call DCL, and ask to speak to a supervisor. Tell them that you're aware that you have to work through your TA, but your TA is unavailable until (whenever), and you're concerned that the DCL site seems to be saying that one of your room isn't paid in full, but the TA's site is saying it is.

Hopefully, they can start a file on what's going on so a resolution can be found. Soon.

Is this a big name TA (one that has a good history of working well with their customers? I certainly hope that it's not a case of taking your money and running.
THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!!!! I just checked the TA website and it lists a few weeks out for final PIF date so we have time to figure this out. I'm still freaking out but know I wont end up losing everything! It's the NYE cruise and honest to God I would have a literal heart attack if we lost all that $$$ because we didn't pay some little unknown amount!

Today I was signing up for BBB for my DD and a friends kids. When I was selecting kids, in their room, it says not paid in full next to the selection of names.

No it's weird. I've never noticed it on the my reservation page but it lists both our rooms and next to our room it says age restrictions apply to our room (while booking BBB) but below our room is theirs and next to their room it says not paid in full. HOWEVER it does let us book excursions, dining, BBB.....I've never encountered this before....I posted a picture of the screen because I didn't know how to explain it.....I'm done freaking out. We've got a week or better before PIF. I thought it was 90 days..
 
I wonder if it's some sort of glitch in the system. I know Disney is working on their website, and recently when I went to schedule my son and his friend for the Knight package at BBB, it stated that his friend had something scheduled at 2:30pm on the day I am scheduling the appointment, when indeed, he does not. I just noticed this started appearing about a week ago when all the website changes started happening.

I'm glad you have a few days to get it all straightened out before final payment, and I'm sure everything is a-ok! :)
