Silly question about golf carts

Mine from Kenny last week hit 19mph with just me, I had a red one. My brothers hit 20mph with the two of us and his 8yo DS on it. Would have liked to see what it would have done with just one of us

I thought the rules were changed to accept under specific circumstances the following
1. A certified copy of the Traffic summons
2. An OFFICIAL copy of the Criminal Court charging instrument with corresponding transcripts
3. An OFFICIAL copy of the FEDERAL and State Indictment ( After how hard you worked for these exceptions I am surprised at you Tiggerdad)

Nah, those things only prove failure to pull off the act clean as a whistle. Besides, if you're really good, you should be able to outrun them. In which case, pictures of you hiding with police searching for you in the background as you're giving a "thumbs up" and a big smile are guaranteed wins.
