Quick question for those that might know...

In the old ride at Epcot they used to show videos of Aztecs, street vendors, people water skiing and cliff diving.

My question is this: Are those videos taken from a movie or were they filmed specifically for that ride? I was always curious about this and the actors who were in the videos.

A few isolated clips (cliff diving is a good example) could have easily been "stock footage."

But, many (most of the larger screens) were specifically filmed for the attraction.

thank you to both of you guys. I really enjoyed the video. thank you for sharing the link.

...and now I've got the music from El Rio Del Tiempo stuck in my head. Thanks a lot! ;)

Welcome mis amigos
To friendly Mexico.
To the last of fiestas
They're everywhere you go.

Because in Mexico,
When people smile at you,
There's just one thing to do:
You join the fiesta, too.
