Silly question about Children's Activity Centers

Can you use any one of the 4? Or just if you're staying at that resort? One of our nights we have reservations for an adults only dinner but it's when we will be staying at BLT.

if you are staying on WDW property you can use the children care and your kids is old enough and potty trained
