"silly bands" in the Target Dollar Spot today

I scored 25 packs for a dollar each for party favors for ds's birthday. i know alot of places are done with these but we aren't and I cleaned the place out. There were a bunch of us just grabbing handfuls of them for party favors.

Walmart also has them for $1. There are 12 in a pack. They are in the toy area.

My Walmart had them for 25 cents a pack! Off brand, of course, but still! I can only guess it's because they've not caught on out here.

our walmart had both the bracelet and ring silly bands - 24 in a pack for a dollar!! our Dolllar tree also has them...they are all over and still popular here. I saw harry potter silly bands for 10 bucks a pack on the boardwalk in NJ!!!
