I know this is a silly question, and I think I already know the answer, but here goes:

The AP room rate codes that are listed on some sites- do you have to have an AP to take advantage of them? And if so, how do they verify that info?

No, you dont have to have and AP to book the room however when you check-in you are required to show them your pass. note- only one person has to have a pass per room to get the discount! hope this helps;)

I thought that I heard that some people had been asked for the AP number or voucher number when they made their AP reservations. I may be wrong, though.

They make you show an Activated AP when checking in.If you dont have one then you will probably be paying rack rates.

I was told 3 days ago that you just need the voucher to check in. I have to call again this week for something, I will ask again and see if I get the same response.
