Silly ADR question

Tomorrow will be 180 days for me

I plan on making my ADRs in the morning, despite not having a package booked . . . still waiting on them to open (got my room-only reservations, though )

My question is, because my TA has always made my ADRs for me, what time do they start taking calls in the morning?
