Silhouette Cameo Trace Help for Print and Cut?

Sorry if this is a bit off subject here but hoping someone might be able to offer suggestion. I want to print this image and cut it out but I can't get it to trace correctly. If I can get the little area under Donald's arm for example, then it also wants to cut out eyes, noses, etc.

I usually use Illustrator to do all that kind of work, so I'm not the most experienced with it in Silhouette, but since no one else has responded… I assume you tried playing with all the different settings (high pass etc). Then trace it so it will cut out everything, then select and "release compound path" and delete any sections you don't want cut out. I hope that helps.

Wanted to thank you for your response! I don't know what it is about me and the Silhouette software but the learning curve has been steep and I'm nowhere near using it like I'd like to. I tried the "release compound path" but it won't let me select any of the sections. I'm still working at it. I had wanted to do some shirts before the Wine and Dine Half earlier this month but there are more races to come. Again, thanks!
