Silent Wait List

So, checked my account today and the points looked wrong. Checked my reservations for Dec and see that a waitlist I had for a one bedroom at OKW was apparently granted and they took out the points, but not a word was mentioned about it.

No e-mail? Wow! Congrats on the WL being filled though. I have been filling my own WL lately (meaning I do a search and find the room and date I have WL and book). I thought maybe the WL system was down.

Finally got an email about it, but well after it took place.

Something terribly wrong with that process. You should have been notified almost immediately, so you could plan accordingly.

When was the waitlist filled? Last week? Last night? I usually get an email within 12 hours.

We got a waitlist filled for Blt last week. Trip is in 8 days.

It always takes a day or so to get the email after I have noticed it on the website.

Most owners don’t check the way some of us do because we stalk when we have one going.

So, I’d bet there are plenty of owners who get that email having not seen it first on the dashboard.

I’ve had 4-5 waitlists fill. I’ve never once gotten an email!

I had a wait list filled back in July/August timeframe and didn't get an e-mail about it. I was just happily surprised when I signed in one day and saw that it had been filled.
