Heard about this hotel on TikTok and looked nice. I hear there are a lot of hotels called bonnet creek is it all the same hotel?
This isn’t Disney owned but you still use Disney transportation between the park and hotel?? You can still get early entry?
Anyone stay there before?

It’s a Signia brand hotel. They’re part of the Hilton portfolio of hotels. There are only a couple of Signia hotels across the country. The Hilton website shows only 3; this one at WDW, one in Atlanta, and one in San Jose.

“Bonnet Creek” is the general area where the hotel is located. Kind of like saying something is in Midtown Manhattan / SoHo / Harlem, etc. when taking about NYC.

It is not a Disney owned or operated hotel. It is connected to the Waldorf Astoria, another Hilton-branded hotel. They share amenities. While these 2 hotels are connected, they don’t have any other affiliated hotels in that area. One of the amenities that Signia and Waldorf Astoria share is a coach shuttle bus to/from WDW parks. Here’s its schedule : https://www.bonnetshuttle.com/ . It is not a Disney-owned or operated shuttle. Reviews that I’ve read are generally positive regarding the shuttle.

While staying at Signia allows for early entry, please keep in mind that since it is not a Disney-owned hotel, drop off and pickup for shuttles to, e.g., Magic Kingdom would be by TTC, meaning another step / more time required before you’re in the parks and/or back to the hotel.

I have never stayed here. Almost booked a couple of times with points, but have not yet committed. People rave about the lazy river that’s onsite. Restaurants seem good. It gets pretty darn good reviews in general, including cleanliness. Value of what you get versus the Disney-owned hotels seems good. I will likely commit to a stay in the not too distant future. The only thing holding me back is the extra time/effort required for their shuttles as opposed to Disney-owned or transport available to or next to Swan/Dolphin. If we had older kids it wouldn’t be an issue, but with 2 wee ones ages 4 and 0, I like being able to get back to the room quicker if there’s a meltdown.

We are staying here this summer. It looks so nice. I was hoping to find more reviews! How is the food on-site? Do you need to rent the tube for the lazy river?

I stayed at the Waldorf next door for a week a few years ago and wish I had booked the Signia instead. While the Waldorf was nice, lots of things were closed to guests that weren't part of the conference staying there at the time. This meant my husband was running over to the Signia to grab food or a drink often and he talked to the staff a lot. The food he brought back was always good and he said the staff were very friendly and obliging while the Waldorf staff kind of shrugged their shoulders at us when we couldn't access things. (they later refunded half of our points cost)

The shuttles are fine for what they are, they are comfortable and reliable (they are big coach buses like Magic Express/Mears). But there is no flexibility, they leave and pick up at the pre-determined times which means you could be waiting around for 30-60 minutes when you're ready to leave now. Disney has them beat there as their buses run continually.

Didn't try the pool so can't speak on that (Waldorf's was closed for the corporate function happening there and we didn't want to walk over next door).

I have an upcoming stay booked at the Signia this year. If you have young children the Signia is definitely the better option for family feel, though I believe the Waldorf has bigger rooms (ours seemed quite large).

Edited to add: I also think both the Waldorf and the Signia are partner hotels and can use the parks 30 minute early entry.

We are presently staying at Signia by Hilton; our first time. We have been here 3 days so far and have another 11.

Room size excellent. Really big and bed comfortable; we are in a king room. So far really enjoying the Resort. Haven’t used the shuttle bus as so far we have used Uber to visit Disney Resorts. The parks are not our main focus and in fact haven’t been for several years as we have a 2 week ticket but only visit them 3/4 times during our stays in Orlando.

This is our first stay at a non Disney Resort; last year we did WL and CBR and over the years many others. We are very much Disney people and you can easily dip in and out of Disney if you wish. We love the Disney restaurants.

Food at Signia, we have had food from Muse and eaten at Harvest and both good. Lots of choice in Muse. Bars are good and atmosphere/music in the lobby good.

My only negative and some might say this is a big negative, was the first night we arrived the fire alarm went off, it was approximately 1 am and went we went downstairs nobody seemed in charge and seemed to know what was going on. We walked around the outside of the Hotel and found reception where everything seemed to be going on as normal. In fact the guy at reception eventually said we should go back to our room as people had walked the floors and it was all clear. Obviously we stayed where we were and by this time it was crowded. Fire trucks by this time had arrived.

We did eventually return to our room as it appeared to have been an electrical fault, or that was what we heard from other guests. From the management we heard nothing!

The Resort is lovely and well maintained. The lazy rivers looks good. Having shared access with the Astoria is great too. The pool at the Astoria looks inviting.
