Hi everyone!
I have recently signed a contract on a DVC resale at OKW. Here are the specifics:
210 points
$73 pp
210 for 2003
210 Banked from 2002
30 Banked from 2001 (expire Sept. 2003)
Buyer pays Closing and maintenence.
From recent posts, I'm guessing I'm right on the line! I'm hoping that extra 30 banked points which expires soon doesn't push it over. Sprinkle some pixie dust my way-I'm going to need it for the next 3 weeks of waiting!
