Signature Rest's and ADR's

Do the signature resturants fill up as quickly for reservations as the other resturants? I am wondering the popularity of Narcoosee's, California Grill and Citrico's. I have always booked my Adr's for CRT, Coral Reef and LeCellier at the 180 mark, becuse I kow they are popular an book up FAST! We have others coming w/us and they are not the planners we are, despite my best effort's to encourge it. Should I just make my Adr's and let them fall in where they can?

Also if we are hoping to view the fireworks from the Calif Grill, how is this done? I have no idea if you can see from the table's some say you go out to a deck.. what's the scoop?

Some book up quickly - Cali Grille, esp. around fireworks time, being one of those. I think Narcoossee's is one of the most popular signatures too. Others like Citrico's, Artist Point, less so. So I think 2 of the 3 you mentioned book up quickly.

Thanks Do you know when we should book an ADR if hoping to see the fireworks? can we arrive early just to get in, shoul dwe make it for later so we will be done with our meal? any suggestions??

I think you should make ADR's for all the signatures.. I am not sure what time you are going but I would venture to say that walk ups are few and far between..
I just added 2 signatures 2 months out.. Most were available.. Le Cellier and California Grille weren't.. I would make the ressies..

We make our ADRs at Ca Grill for 90 minutes before fireworks. Sometimes it takes a long time to be seated. Your server will pace your courses so that you are not eating during the show, giving you the opportunity to go out onto the observation decks to watch.

Narcoosees is also popular due to fireworks viewing from that location. Citricos is much more adult/formal and it's usually not as crowded.

OK...who knew I'm sure I'm the oNLY one, but you can see the fireworks from Narcoosees?? MK's Disney wishes??? Hubby thinks maybe the back of Epcots?? Could you or anyone please give me some info on this???

Narcoossees is at its own end of the Floridian facing the lake and YES its a perfect spot to see wishes.. (I have ressies there in May)
