Signature Restaurants - how long?

Can anyone recall how long their meal took at the following restaurants? I have eaten at all of them with just DH and I, but this April, our whole family (6 adults and our DS who will be 2 years old) will be going to WDW. I'm working on our ADRs and it turns out that the most appealing food to my son's appetite would be at the signature places. LOL!

We're thinking of Citricos for just DH, me, my parents and my son and probably Cali Grill for the whole group. We eat right around 5:30 with my young son, so I know the restaurants aren't as crowded then (my experiences). Any chance we will make it out of there in 1 1/2 or 2 hours? Please share your experiences.

(PS - we dine out regularly, so DS is used to it, but I don't want to push it).

Yup- normally it takes us (my parents and me- 20 y.o.) 1.5 hours for a typical signature meal. This is also when we plan dinner around Wishes (Narcoosee's and Cali Grill). I'm sure you can make it out in 1 hr if you just did entrees and dessert w/o fireworks if you told the waiter/waitress that you were in a hurry to get somewhere. But who would honestly want to be in a hurry at a signature restaurant?

We rarely get out in under 2 hours.

We do order drinks, appetizers, entrees, and dessert and sometimes coffee.

I'm sure it is possible to eat in an hour and a half, but I can't see getting out in an hour.
