Signature restaurant for 4 year old / casual dress?

Can anyone recommend a signature restaurant that would be good for a 4 year old, casual dress? I want to take my mom to a nice place for her birthday. My dd is VERY well behaved. She just sits and colors, never makes a fuss.

I'd like for it to be casual dress as well.

Signature restaurant i would suggest is California Grill. There is a dress code but it is business casual type. It's loud in there, tons of kids and a great view of the MK. I suggest it even if you can't watch wishes.

My kids have been to Jiko and Flying Fish. They adore Flying Fish. I think CG would be a good option too. Lots of kids there.

My kids are DD8, DS6, and DS16 mos. We're going to Jiko in April. This will be the 3rd time the older two have eaten there. We all love it.

As for how to dress, DS wore nice shorts and a polo shirt. DD wore a sundress, but nice shorts and a top would have been fine if she didn't wantto wear the dress.

Except for Victoria and Albert's, the signature restaurants are business casual. For a four year old, I don't think they are going to expect her to wear an evening dress or anything. A boy would not be expected to wear a suit. I'd say a nice pair of shorts, a shirt with maybe a collar and sleeves. Socks with sneakers or a nice pair of sandals.

And trust me, if she's sitting there just coloring, no one is really going to care what she's wearing. They probably won't even notice her.

As stated any of the Disney restraunts aside from Victoria & Alberts will be just fine. And the earlier in the evening you dine the more kiddos there will be present. I have my DS wear khaki shorts and polo shirt with either his crocs or sneakers and he has never been out of place.
