If you are going to use 2 TS credits on a signature meal where do you go?

I don't do the dining plan, but I guess my favorite is Flying Fish, but CG has a great view - a late reservation will likely garner you a window view and even though the fireworks may be over, seeing the castle at night is pretty magical in my estimation. MP is a great choice as well that's not mentioned enough on these boards.

My choices would be:

Yachtsman Steakhouse
California Grill
Narcoosee
Flying Fish
One Dinner Show (I'd pick Hoop De Doo)

There are others, but I have been to all of the above except Narcoosee and Hoop De Doo, and I thought they were awesome. Yachtsman was the best in terms of food and service. The view at CG makes it worthwhile. I liked the menu at the old Flying Fish better, but I'd give the new version a whirl if I were on the deluxe plan.

Have fun planning. :)

Flying Fish
Cali Grill
Jiko
Yachtsman's

They are not in any order. Those are our favorite 2TS restaurants. It really depends on what you would like to eat.

Oh wow! I tend to book a lot of signature meals, and book them based on convenience.

In no particular order with teh exception of Tiffins, my current favorite:

Tiffins
Narcoosses
Yachtsman Steakhouse
Il Mulino (I know, it is not on the DDP, but it is a good meal)
Flying Fish
Cali grill

I ate at La Cellier last Friday, I would highly recommend it! (Pretty sure it counts as a signature restaurant) Best steak I've ever had in my life and the server was wonderful

Another note on yachtsman, the food and service is always very good. I like quieter spaces for dining and I'll be d***ed if I don't always get a table at the center of the room in the thick of it! I think that makes me rate it less highly in my mind and really, just weird luck.

I wouldn't use 2 credits on Le Cellier. It's one of my favorite places to eat in the parks, but I think you can find even better outside at resorts for 2 credits. The only other signature I've been to is CA Grille and it was delicious.

The view at Cali Grill is unsurpassed IMO, and the view of the fireworks from the terrace was an experience my family will not soon forget. The food was really, really, really good as well (the steak with duck fat gravy was so good people wanted to literally lick the plate and only barely refrained from doing so...and the deserts were the best I've had at a WDW restaurant). Cali Grill also has a fairly varied menu with good surf and good turf and excellent sushi if your party has a variety of food tastes.

Artist Point's service was the best we've had at WDW. Excellent atmosphere and food as well.

Though I've never been, if your party is a steak-eating one, Yachtsman is the place I'd go. I've heard nothing but great things about the food and service there. I don't know if the atmosphere is as great as other places, but it really gets high marks in regards to overall experience.

We've eaten at 3 signature restaurants. Holly Brown Derby, Narcoosses, and Yachtsman. Without a doubt. The Best. Meal. Ever. Yachtsman. Hands down. We were supposed to eat at Tiffins on our upcoming trip but it isn't going to work out.

That is a shame because Tiffins is a wonderful dining experience.

Next visit. ;) Not that I need one, but it's just another excuse to book a bounce back trip.

Narcoossees and Cali grill are our two go tos. We go to at least one of these every trip. I just scored Cali grill for 4th of July.
The brunch at both of these I so awesome too!!! Cali being a little better.
We also like flying fish although we are disappointed about the red snapper off menu.
We haven't been to yachtsman in quite a few years but after hearing all the rave reviews we'll have to go again soon.

After looking at the Flying Fish menu, I want to eat there as well. So, not only will I be (hopefully) booking a return trip but I will try hard to get my hubby to upgrade to deluxe dining. And then I can eat at signatures to my hearts content.
