Signature Mac & Cheese

I have read a lot of reviews of yucky mac and cheese at Disney. We are doing the Cali Grill and Narcoosees when we go in Sept and our 2 yr old will not be on the dining plan. I was considering order him mac and cheese oop but if it is gross I don't want to do that. He can share with us but I know my dh and I and ds7 will order steak and he isn't a huge steak fan.

So has any one had mac and cheese for those two places? I was thinking maybe it was better at a signature rest.?

My girls (ages 7 & 8) at the time LOVED the mac 'n cheese at CG. They want to go back on our January trip for it and the rice krispy sushi dessert.

It is not like a Kraft mac 'n cheese which I am sure is what most kids like. It is a white/cream color and creamy. I tasted it and thought it was great.

That sounds good. He isn't a picky eater so I think he would actually prefer for it not to be like boxed mac and cheese.
