signature link question

Ok, for the life of me I cannot figure this out. I have seen other people with this, but I'm stumped . I know how to put a link in my signature, but I want to know how I can make the link be text and not the words of the actual link. What I want to do is make the "2007 - Caribbean Beach Resort/Hilton on HPB" be the link to the pictures that I took from that trip. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance!!
