Signature - Le Cellier Steakhouse

As for those who have no idea of Le'Cellier in it's past life, time will tell if WDW can market this place to the masses as a better option over Narcoossee's, California Grill, Yachtsman and others.... IMHO, I don't think they will. A cramped restaurant with a cellar like atmosphere is a tough sell.
I can't really disagree with you there. As much as I enjoyed my food (such as the salmon) at Le Cellier, Artist Point will still be the signature that is known for its salmon, Flying Fish and Narcoossee's still stand out for seafood, Yachtsman has the most steak options, California Grill offers the view, flatbreads and sushi (as well as a generally consistent menu), Jiko offers interesting flavors, Citricos is also known for its meat dishes (the short rib, filet, and veal seem to be the most popular entrees), and HBD is a park restaurant that actually tries to create a signature atmosphere.

And because the new menu didn't change in many ways, to many people Le Cellier will still be that place with pretzel bread, cheese soup, mushroom filet, and maple creme brulee...which you can get for lunch anyway. In that regard, it doesn't surprise me that Le Cellier isn't successfully convincing people of its improved status.
