Signature Help

Hi, I am new to this board and LOVE the ticker factory countdowns. I have read past posts that explain how to copy the bbCode onto your main box in your signature. My problem is that only the code shows when i preview my signature not the actually countdown. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? thanks for the help!

Are all of your settings on you not be able to list it yet also have you checked with the someone on the technical board yet.
