Signature Dinner Reservation Times

I'm looking for suggestions for the best times for dinner reservations at the following Signature restaurants. I'm not sure if some of them will have fireworks views, or if other factors should be taken into consideration. We are fine with later times (8 or 9pm) as it will just be two adults. Thanks!

Since Narcoossee's sits directly on the water and has a magnificant view of MK, it should be booked at a time that is dark. The restaurant just seems to light up beautifully. Whether or not you book it during fireworks or the water pageant is up to you because I don't really have a preference on either... just when it's dark...

1) All of the eateries mentioned are better after dark.
2) Definitely more romantic for two.
3) The only one mentioned with a fireworks view is Narcoossee's.
