Signature Dining and Tip?

I have a few questions......I understand that tip is included in CRT and Hoop Dee Doo but not sure if this is the case for all 2TS restaurants.

Also, I am thinking of an ADR for Flying Fish just wondering how kid friendly it is.

Also, what happens if I make an ADR for 4 and only my DH and I show. Will we still have to give up 2TS credits for the kids?

Tips are not included at the other 2 TS's.

Flying Fish is kid friendly; well behaved children are welcome at all of Disney's signature restaurants. You can expect dining to take approx 90 minutes at these types of restaurants and only you know if your children are going to be happy with a longer dining period.

As long as you are not booking a restaurant that requires a credit card hold, you will not be charged dining credits or dollars for no-shows.
