Siggie help!!

Okay...I may be confusing y'all right now...but I need help. I'm trying to make a siggie that has like 4 or 5 pictures in it and says LionKingDramaQueen. But...I do not know how. Please help me! Thank you soooo much! Any advice is greatly appreciated.
