i finally found a picture to go with my signature and it comes up as an "x". what did i do wrong?

Could you post a direct link to where the image is stored FSUfan. When I tried linking to it all I got was a bunch of "gobbledeegook". (Yes... gobbledeegook really is a common phrase here on the Tech Board!)

you have to move from tripod to get it to show. You can use this:

I'm at work right now, otherwise I'd update your avatar pic - I don't have the tools for that here.

You might think about setting up a DIS web site (easy to do) to store these pictures - then you don't have to worry about linking from other sites that don't allow/etc.
