Does anyone have pics or a description of a sideways inside stateroom on the Fantasy that has the magic porthole? I have seen pics of the Wonder/Magic without the porthole but was curious about the Fantasy.
Thanks in advance!

I don't think there are sideways staterooms on the Dream class ships. We had an 11A inside room on the Dream, from the door the bed and virtual porthole were straight ahead, with the bathroom on one side and the closet on the other:

Thanks, PrincessShmoo, for the pic. I'm hoping you are wrong because we are booked in a sideways 11B on the Fantasy for the November 3, 2018 Eastern Caribbean cruise! ;)

Stateroom 7531, 7527, 7567 since they were showing 'up and down' as opposed to all of the other staterooms showing 'left to right', I assumed it was a sideways stateroom. Is my assumption wrong?

Yes, it's wrong.

On the Magic class ships the sideways rooms (on the deck plan) look like this:

I've indicated where I think the door is for those (on the outside wall). But it could be on the inside (I'm sure someone will correct me). You enter the room on the long side and the bed is to one side while the closet/bathroom is to the other.

On the Dream class ships the inside rooms (on the deck plans) look like this:

You see the little hallway that runs port to starboard? The wall with the doors into the rooms is along this passageway. Like the exterior rooms, the wall has an indentation, that's where the doors are.

Technically, they are "sideways", but the room configuration is the same as an oceanview room.

@PrincessShmoo is correct. The Fantasy and Dream do not have the "sideways" stateroom layout like the classic ships. We stayed in a 10A with the magic porthole and the setup was like the picture posted above. It was nice to have the magic porthole so the room didn't feel quite so closed in.
