On the dining plan, you get a side or dessert every time through the line, there are usually chocolate cake/brownie, cheesecake, carrot cake, pudding or jello with whipped cream, and some kind of cookie in the dessert section. As previously mentioned they also have side salads, large pickles, usually a pasta salad, fries, etc, but also usually have a couple fruit side options, like watermelon, strawberries (with or without dip), orange slices, etc. We have often gone to SeaWorld or Busch Gardens on the all day dine, and we usually get actual dessert cakes maybe once, the rest of the time we go through and get fruit, etc. Also, the entrees mostly all come with fries or something on the plate, that counts as part of the entree, not as a seperate side. I've not looked for juice often, but know you can get milk in the morning on it, along with bottled water, coke products, tea, etc.
