We'd like to bring our own stroller if we can find one that will work for our kids. I'm looking for something that will fold up to be relatively portable, will carry one 50-lb child and one 24-lb child, and preferably have good storage space and a sun canopy, for less than $100. I've found plenty that can hold a child up to 40 lbs, but none for a 50-lb child yet :( Can anyone point me at any strollers that would work for us? Thanks!

The only one that I've seen people recommend is the Maclaren. I think they have 2 sbs models. They hold 55 lbs per seat and seem to handle very well and fold up easy too. I'm taking my 40 lb. son to test ride one soon. I'll keep watching this thread to see if anyone recommends anything cheaper. For now, I think this is the only option.

I have a Maclaren and loved it when the kids were younger. Now, my ds' greater weight (dd still doesn't weigh all that much) sometimes makes pushing this awkward for me.

How much does he weigh, SqueakyMouse? More than my daughter (50 lbs)?

Wondering if it might be difficult for me to push, too.
