So, it's been a while since I've posted- sorry! I've missed the past couple of weeks weighing in at the nutritionist because I've been short-staffed at work and haven't been able to leave. So, here's what's been going on:
For last week, I knew I gained about 4 pounds back- I was horrible over the weekend! But, I got back on track during the week and took it back off. For this week, I have been OK. I am now at 173.8 as of this morning, so a total of about 9 pounds. I wish it were better, but that's not too bad since I had the bad weekend. I am trying to do well. My main downfall is at night when I cook for my family. They hate the wheat stuff and it's just hard. But, I do great during the day and just keep my portions small at night. I also am not doing my excercises- I still hate them. Plus, I am just exhausted lately at night. I have been the only person on "my side" at work for a week. We normally have 4 people here, so I have been going nuts. It's been really busy, too, with difficult things going on. So, I haven't even had time to eat lunch most days, which makes me sleepy. But, I can't make the customers wait while I grab a bite and I can't have anything on my desk so oh well. At least it keeps me under my calories! OK- gotta run now. Talk later!
