I have had it with my 17 yr old brother. If nobody's like him he gets mad and starts making fun of you do. Every step I take he laughs. Now I know that he's the same boy that played Ninja Turtles with me and was nice to me before but now he's a devil in disguise.

I told him what I really think of him this is what I said:

"You never care about anyone but yourself. And even when you may care about someone else it's only for your own benifit. Maybe i'd stop bugging you if you wern't mean. But that's never going to change. You're a jerk and you need to know that."


Was I harsh?

Maybe a bit harsh. But for a good reason! He does not deserve to treat you or anyone for that matter like that! Now if only my parents knew how my sister sits there and giigles( silently of course..) when my parents yell at me because she is fake crying, hit herself, and says I did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THATS EVIL!!!!!!!!!! I wish my parents could understnad what she really does!!!!!!!! I swear if I haer another" She's only 7 Jessie, she doesnt know better. You annoy her first." I think I will scream! Anyways..sorry..Had to Vent there.

I hate when parents say that. There only __ ____. They don't know better. Well IMO from age 6 and up, they do know better.

welcome to my life, Ihave 2 younger sibs, and they're constantly getting on my nerves! Bonus anyone else have to babysit thir sibs, but their parents say "well ur not really babysitting, 'cause they're old enough to be home alone" so they think they don't have to do what you say ie, "quit beating on each other!!!"

Now THAT'S harsh. --In my opinion
You shouldn't hate your brother, sure he's annoying and can be a jerk, but still, HE'S your brother. So who cares if he's favored, the biggest jerk, whatever, you should still LOVE him regardless. yea... i'm done now.

I have 3 brothers, 18-12-2.
18: he can be amazing at times but he can be the biggest (and boy do I emphasize biggest) ....butthole *nice censoring right there if I do say so myself lol* ever. But when he is amazing he's really funny and i guess you could say Loveable

12: starting to think he is the greatest thing in the family now. sucks up to the parents; I get the he's 12! You didn't have to do this when you were 12! *yea i did*

I fight with my little bro but regardless...he means more to me than almost anyone.

I don't have a brother, but my sister an i are 3 yrs. apart. Yeah we get into fights and i don't fell like talking to her at times, but i've never told her that i hate her. The first part was good enough. Maybe you should take it back or something, be the bigger sibling (yeah i gotta admit that sounds lame), but in the long run you may not feel guilty.

I have two little brothers- Alan (2 days till birthday, 10) and Andy (3). You might say oh, you're a teen an almost 11 year old won't bug you. Everytime I hear that, I barely stop myself from rolling my eyes... Alan is a devil in disguise. His point in life is to kill me... That might sound harsh but try living with him. Andy is still that "sweet, cute lovable toddler", so to speak. He's great most of the times, but... when he cries. EVACUATE THE BUILDING!!!

Now, about what you said PolyFish. He's your older brother. He's supposed to stand strong. If he isn't, help him. He could be like that for a LONG while... You may hate this but he's your brother and he's supposed to be your role model. Would you like your role model to be in a semi-depressed state? I don't think so. It was harsh in a way that you said it. I could understand calling a friend a jerk, but being called a jerk by your own sibling... Ouch.
