Hello!

I'm taking a Mom-Cation in July to celebrate the 60th and am wondering about the best way to get from LAX to the DL Resort. Any thoughts?

When we flew out a few years ago we used the Disneyland Express for the entire family and they had a great rate for the 5 of us but the single price now seems a bit high.

How do you get from LAX to the resorts?

Thanks!

I recently used SuperShuttle (shared van service) to get from LAX to the BWPPI. It was about $17 per person, but it wasn't the fastest option (took about 1.5 hours from when I got to SuperShuttle stop to when I got to the BWPPI).

Anyone know how long it usually takes to get from LAX to the Disneyland Resort on the Disneyland Resort Express? We're traveling on a Sunday morning, so I assume traffic won't be TOO bad...

Do you know how long this promo code is good for?
It's the coupon code from the Anaheim Orange County tourism site, they've had a coupon or code since we went in 2011 so I'm guessing it won't be expired anytime soon.

I recently used Prime Time shuttles. We were taken from LAX to my hotel near Disneyland. Real convenient! It costed $15 per person not including tip.

There are minor issues with the two most common options (IMO), it's just which issues are most or least important to you.

I like the Resort Express, but at certain times of the day they only leave once an hour, so if you just miss one you wait close to an hour for the next; the first bus in the morning back to the airport is generally at 5 or 5:30, and that's too late for a 6am flight, and in my experience coming from the airport it makes a fairly long stop at the Disneyland Hotel to sort out payments, etc, and takes quite a while to get to the offsite hotels.

For the other shuttle services, they generally won't leave the airport until the van is full, and that can take quite a while. I also have been sitting in a van for 45 minutes before we left the airport. If you are arriving at a "prime" time during the day, your van will probably fill quickly and it won't be much of an issue.

Dh took Karmel shuttle when we went in December. It was a "shared" town car for $26. He ended up being the only one, but they only "share" amongst people going to the hotels around DLR, so you won't end up driving all around LA first before going down to Anaheim.

We too have used Prime Trime. Great service. Used coupon on OC website which makes it a great deal too!

We used Super shuttle in November they were great once we found them lol

I also used Super Shuttle from LAX to Disneyland last year and planning to use them again on my next visit this Aug. Great Company.
Driver both ways was friendly and on time. I have also used Super Shuttle in San Francisco and Orlando.
