Shuttle vs. Taxi Question

We need to get from Orly to our hotel by CDG at 10:30 p.m. We are a party of 7. Would it be better to just find a large enough taxi to fit us or prebook shuttle? And if going with the latter, who is recommended? There are too many to choose from!
