Shuttle to Sea World

Anyone know where the free shuttle from the Universal resorts to Sea World does pickup and what time? Going from Hard Rock on a Friday and Sea World opens at 10:00. Want to be there before the park opens and trying to decide whether to use the Universal shuttle or Uber it.

The info I have for the shuttles would not help you as shuttle times change based on dates

In slow months there should be two morning and two late afternoon/early evening shuttles

I believe the hotel would be able to give you the tentative info

They adjust the shuttle times and number of shuttles and take into consideration based on how full the hotel will be

You sign up for the shuttle the night prior for your reserved seat
All passengers have to be seated in the shuttle

Maybe if you post your date you plan to go to Seaworld , someone already knows the times and will post to your question here

When I last used the shuttle, the pick up was at the hotel

Free shuttle works for me!
Uber would be fine also

Like Mac says, ask at the hotel. You would have to reserve the night before anyways.

At the Hard Rock, pick up was at the front of the hotel but not at the main doors. There is a area at the front left of the hotel (if you are looking towards the hotel) where both buses drop off and pick up.

I think if you are staying at PBH, HRH or RPR, pickup is at the hotels. For the other two hotels, pickup is at Citywalk.

In September the bus went from the loop at Citywalk - I was under the impression that was regardless of what Hotel you stayed at.

I was at SF, but there were people I talked to from HRH and RPR on the bus
As others said - check at the hotel

I think the first one is 30 minutes before SW opens - in September there were three going to SW in the AM
And then three on the way back - the last one is 30 minutes after park closes

You dont have an assigned bus going back - so it seems like it might be possible the bus is full at the time you want to head back

It was a few years ago. There are lots of cabs sitting outside. I think it was around $10?

I've used the shuttle bus to SeaWorld a few times. Up until the last time (April 2017), the bus always picked up at the hotel (RPH). However that time it went from Citywalk. Unless it has changed again, that's where it goes from now. Drops you back there too.

We stayed at Cabana Bay in Feb 2018 and booked our seats for the Super Shuttle bus at the hotel. Bus picks you up at City Walk. There were 3 buses running in the morning and 3 on the return. The park opened at 10 so we got the 9am bus there and booked the last shuttle at 6pm for the return.

It was quite painless, and very convenient.

Well, the bus was late to pick us up, so we thought "Did we miss it? Are we in the correct spot?", but the driver was just late getting there by 10-15 minutes for whatever reason. Maybe that happens frequently? I'm sure the drivers in the past have been there right for 6pm (park close) and had to wait 20 minutes for everyone to exit the park.

We stayed at Portofino in March 2018 and the SeaWorld shuttle pick up was at City Walk. It was during some golf tournament and the bus area was very busy. The SW shuttle was ~30 minutes late and the driver was in a foul mood.
We took a cab back and was charged around $30.
