We used this service last week and thought I should update everyone on how it went.
You need to go to concierge to book the tickets at least the day before you go. They will only issue enough tickets to fill one bus. However, our bus driver did take extras and people stood on the way there.
The shuttle is not just for the Universal hotels, it starts off with the partner hotels that are just on the other side of Portofino. Then it goes to Portofino, HRH and then by about 10:05 it gets to RPR.
It drops off at Wet and Wild, then SeaWorld and then Aquatica. It does not go to Discovery Cove.
It picks up again at around 5:30 although it was 10 minutes late for us. There were a lot fewer people coming home than there were going.
Coming home, it drops off at RPR first. Since that was our hotel, I am not sure what happens next but I assume HRH, Portofino and then the partners.
We would definitely use the service again. It was easy and free.
