How early do you normally call them to schedule a pickup time? My rental time is this Sat at 3:00PM

The day before. They have a certain schedule that they follow. I was staying at POFQ in April and was told that they pick up there at X:20 (I think that's when it was)

They used to say an hour. Last two times I’ve used them they ended longer than that. Both times I was calling from the rundisney expo and ended up just scheduling it on two hits from my resort, and we just took the expo bus back to the resort and waited.

Next year I’ll schedule it a day out.

I usually give them a call (the local CCC Alamo number, not the 800 number) the day before. Try to schedule it about a half hour or so before you want your rental to begin.
