Shuttle Service from resort to resort???

We are flying into Disney on the 1st of December and staying until Friday the 7th. We are looking at staying at AKV the first night but then moving to OKW for the remainder of our trip. We will not have a car so I was wondering if anyone knows if Disney offers any type of shuttle service to guests from one resort to another. Thanks for your help!

Not directly. But as I understand it (haven't used it myself), let the clerks at AKV know your plans. The morning after, bring your bags to baggage services, let them know, and they'll transport everything to OKW. You go to the parks, whatever, then go to OKW to check in. All your bags will be there.

I do not know of any shuttles between resorts. I have done split stays several times. What I do is have my bags taken to bell services and let them know that I am checking out but changing resorts. They will hold your luggage and they will be sent to the next resort later in the day. It's done later in the afternoon though so understand that your luggage will not be sent over right away.
I then go to whatever park I was planning on going to that day. Later in the day I go to the new resort and check in. When I get to my room I call bell services to see if my luggage has arrived, if it has they will bring it to the room.
