Shuttle service and wheelchairs?....

Does any one know if the shuttles from the Good Neighbor hotels are wheelchair accessible? We always stay at one of the hotels right across the street to avoid any problems with our daughters(she's 7) wheelchair. But by doing so we really limit our hotel choices.
