What is the 20 $ shuttle ride like to and from the darkside and other places
Is it a good experience

I've used it several times....good experiences every time. I was able to arrange for pick up at the time I needed, and just called them a few hours before I was ready to head out and return to WDW. I have no issues recommending them to people.
