We are taking Allegiant Air, and they only fly to Sanford instead of actually Orlando. We are flying in one day before we embark, and I'd rather not rent a car unless it turns out to be the cheapest option. Does anyone know of good shuttle services that run from Sanford to the Port Canaveral area?

I don't know for certain but I think happy limo will pick you up and Sanford. I'd check with them. We us d a rental. It was way cheaper.
