Shuttle from LAX to HoJo

One person told me over Easter that the shuttle from LAX to HoJo could take 2-3 hours since we'll travel at the start of rush hour (? - we land at 2:10, roughly...) She suggested getting on a short flight from LAX to Orange County, which could be difficult since the flight is already booked. Another person said no, the shuttle should only take about an hour from LAX.

Who's right?

To be honest, it really depends on the day. If it's a particularly bad day then yes it could take quite a while. Having said that, I would figure on up to 1 to 1.5 hours. I've found it usually takes about 45 minutes, but I'm usually there a little earlier in the day.

I live about 15-20 minutes east of LAX - at it's worst, it takes me almost an hour to get to Disneyland Resort, not using the carpool lane -- 2-3 hours would be extremely rare - maybe there was an accident & the whole freeway was stopped for some time.

On a good day, it takes me 25 minutes to get to DL Resort, and 40 mins from LAX

We arrived at LAX at 4PM on a FRIDAY afternoon - got the rental car by 5:15 - talk about the HEART of rush hour!

We were at HoJos by about 6:20 (and yes, there was mucho traffic), and we were in the parks by 6:45. We were on a mission - and we got there.

I wouldn't take a flight to OC just to save at the most a few minutes...whose to say there wouldn't be traffic from OC to DL?
