Anyone done this?
Can you give me a ballpark price? and do the shuttles work pretty "well"????

distance? arrive in plenty of time?

I just got off the phone with PrimeTime Shuttle looking for a quote similar to what you are looking for. I want to go from DL Hotel to a hotel at the port the night before the cruise. I got a quote (actually 2 quotes!) of $126 and $110
not really sure why the difference, but when I asked why it is so much more, $72 if you go straight to the port, they told me that it is because it is "point-to-point" therefore an increase in price?! Does that make sense?? I called SuperShuttle and they only take you to the port. The actual cost of going to port from DL wasn't bad for 3, the $72 was for 3 people in a private sedan and that included tip. Anyone have more info or sugesstions for me???

Last week I called the Disneyland Hotel, and they said they will have a shuttle Sunday morning to drive us to the port. We are cruising 7/13. They told me it was free and made a note of it on our reservation. So you may just want to call them and ask them.

That doesn't sound right to me. There isn't even a free shuttle from the airport to DL so why would there be a free shuttle to the port? Plus you can purchase transportation to the port from DL through DCL so why would they offer a free one when they could make some money? I'm not sure how much it is since I'm staying offsite.

We stayed at the Grand Californian before our June 15 cruise. I don't think the shuttle is free??? We were a group of 7 and decided it would be easier to arrange for a minivan to shuttle us from the airport (John Wayne) to the hotel ($89), from the hotel to the cruise port ($98) and from the cruise port back to the airport ($98). We used Golden West Transportation. He was prompt and readily available by phone. The minivan really wasn't the best option for us, but we squeezed right in, and the price was right! It was our understanding that the DCL transfers only worked with LAX.

If you are staying at Disneyland before the cruise, please make sure to check in for the cruise at the special DCL desk. It is open on the weekend. They issue your "key to the world" right there! It made the cruise check-in a piece of cake!

WOW! oK -
sO we will check -----thank you!!!!!!!!!!

We would like to do shuttle to/fro we think from DL Hotel -----

You were given incorrect information. The bus ride from the resort to the port is (I think) $30 per person. You should call DCL direct to make sure it's on your reservation and ask about the cost.

I am at the Grand Californian now, and taking the shuttle tomorrow. It is $30 pp. Nice thing is (this is PP and DLH too) that they pre-check you in so no waiting in line at the terminal (including keys), and pick up your luggage from the room and take it to the ship.

Other shuttle services won't do that.

All we have to worry about is dropping by the kids club and muster drill.
